Structure:

1.The unique tower grate is made of heat-resistant stainless steel, its inner surface can be protected by slag very well. It has good effect of slag-breaking, slag-loosening and ventilating.

 

2.The temperature can be adjusted freely. Gas output can meet the heat requirement of various furnace.

 

Operating Principles:

Coal granule can accelerate the chemical reaction between carbon and vapor. It will produce much flammable gas (like carbonic oxide and hydrogen) which will be completely vaporized, so the grate can make gas continuously and steadily.
